Group Programs

Spark for Life psychology offers a range of group programs for children and teens to build skills in resilience, emotional regulation, social skills, and more. Groups run on a school term basis, with multiple groups available based on demand.
Lego Club
Social skills for kids through Lego, suitable for children with difficulty in interacting with peers, managing peer conflict and difficulty regulating their emotions during peer interactions. 8 x 90 min sessions running weeks 2-9 in school terms. For more information Click here.
Gaming Social Groups
Social groups for teens, suitable for neurodiverse teens, those with anxiety, or difficulty with peer interactions. 8 x 2 hour sessions running weeks 2-9 in school terms.
SPARK!
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) based program for adolescents to build resilience. Suitable for young people with mild mental health issues. 8 x 2 hour sessions.
