Group Programs

Spark for Life psychology offers a range of neuroaffirming social groups. These groups are safe and supportive spaces where individuals of diverse neurological backgrounds can come together. These groups are facilitated by trained clinicians who have a deep understanding of neurodiversity and aim to create an inclusive environment that celebrates individual differences. Through a range of activities and discussions, participants are encouraged to express themselves authentically, fostering empathy, understanding, and connection among the members. These groups offer a valuable opportunity for individuals to learn more about themselves, build social skills, enhance their self-confidence, and find a sense of belonging in a community that embraces and respects their unique neurotypes.

Lego Groups

Neuroaffirming LEGO Groups are inclusive gatherings designed to create a positive and supportive environment for children of all neurotypes. In these groups, children with diverse neurological traits, such as autism, ADHD, or other conditions, come together to explore and build with LEGO bricks. The focus is on encouraging creativity, communication, and collaboration, while also embracing each child's unique way of thinking and processing information. By promoting understanding and acceptance, Neuroaffirming LEGO Groups offer a wonderful opportunity for children to develop social skills, build friendships, and feel a sense of belonging in a welcoming community.

Leo Groups are suitable for children in Kindergarten to Year 6 who would benefit from experiencing positive social interactions, managing peer conflict and difficulty regulating emotions during peer interactions. 8 x 90 min sessions running weeks 2-9 in school terms.

That's why our club offers a range of engaging activities, including art and craft, games, science experiments, Lego, and play. Led by trained facilitators, we focus on creating a space where children can benefit from enriching social experiences, learn to manage peer conflicts, and develop better emotional regulation during interactions with their peers. We cherish and celebrate the diversity of all neurotypes, ensuring that every child feels accepted and understood. Join us in nurturing a community where your child can thrive and build lasting connections with others.
