Spark for Life psychology offers a range of group programs for children and teens to build skills in resilience, emotional regulation, social skills, and more. Groups run on a school term basis, with multiple groups available based on demand.
Lego Club
Social group for kids through Lego, suitable for children who would benefit from experiencing positive social interactions, managing peer conflict and difficulty regulating emotions during peer interactions. 8 x 90 min sessions running weeks 2-9 in school terms. For more information Click here.

Social group for kids in a relaxed environment with access to a range of activities including; art, games, Lego and play, suitable for children who would benefit from experiencing positive social interactions, managing peer conflict and difficulty regulating emotions during peer interactions. 8 x 60 min sessions running weeks 2-9 in school terms. Gaming Social Groups
Social groups for teens, suitable for teens who would benefit from experiencing positive social interactions, those with anxiety, or difficulty with peer interactions. Current game groups; Zombicide and Critical Core (DnD). 8 x 2 hour sessions running weeks 2-9 in school terms. For more information Click here.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) based program for adolescents to build resilience. Suitable for young people with mild mental health issues. 8 x 2 hour sessions.
