I am a late-identified AuDHDer with a deep passion and interest in plants. I have worked in schools as a Learning Support Officer and previously in private practice supporting the mental health and well-being of children, adolescence and their families.  My pathway to psychology has not been linear with recent experience working as a cabinet maker labourer, truck driver and in the horticultural industry. Outside of work, I am spending time with my family, tending to my garden and indoor forest.

I am a Provisional Psychologist currently completing my internship to meet the requirements for general registration as a Psychologist. I completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the Univertity of Canberra and then went on to complete a Master of Professional Psychology at the Australian National University. I am passionate about supporting the wellbeing and resilience of all I have the privilidge of working with. I am particularly passionate about supporting Neurodivergent individuals and families in all areas of practice. Including, through the assessment and identification process, to leanring more about your strenghts and differences and supporting individuals and families to advocate for their needs across different contexts. I believe in a collaborative, compasionate and empathic approach to helping individuals and famillies. I have a strong interest and passion in working with neurodivergent individuals and families and strive to be neurodiverse affirming in all areas of my therapeutic approach.

Something people wouldn’t guess about you:My special interest is plants (indoor and outdoor) and all things gardening. I have run out of space inside and outside my house with all sorts of plants. My favourite indoor plant is a Whale Fin Sansevieria (Dracaena masoniana) and my favourite outdoor plant is a Japanese maple (Acer palmatum).
