I am a daughter, sister, aunty, and a cat mum who enjoys working with people to help them reach their full potential! I have been passionate about working in the mental health sector ever since I was a 14 year old girl. At a very young age, I lost my little sister and witnessed my loved ones go through difficult periods in their lives. At that point, I knew that I wanted to help others in whatever way I could. I have two beautiful nieces who I love dearly, and remind of all the amazing things children are capable of when they are in environments that are fun for them! Helping children and adults be their best selves is very important to me and a big passion of mine.
