A range of therapeutic approaches are used depending on the individual situation; these include positive psychology, play based therapy, narrative therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing to explore connections between thoughts and feelings and create sustainable changes.
